What is the Expert Review Panel?
Welcome! The Expert Review Panel (ERP), as required by state law, will provide independent, expert technical review of C-TRAN's High Capacity Transit (HCT) Plan which includes the light rail component of the Columbia River Crossing project, and a proposed bus rapid transit project along the Fourth Plain corridor. The purpose of the panel is to guarantee that the C-TRAN Board of Directors can make appropriate decisions for investments in high capacity transit for our area.
